Tomatoes, Green Beans and Chili with Prawns
Alan Knott, the personal chef to the Duke and Duchess of Beaufort at Badminton House cooks on an Everhot. So we asked him to pop in and share some of his favourite recipes. This is one he frequently makes for a light lunch or dinner, to use up the glut of tomatoes and beans they experience each year in the Badminton House walled kitchen garden.
You will need:
- Green Beans
- Tomatoes
- Chili Flakes
- Prawns
- Garden herbs such as oregano or basil
- Salt and pepper
