Lemon Drizzle Cake
David talks you through baking a Lemon Drizzle Cake in your Everhot. Remember, you will need to adjust your oven temperature down, or up, to 180 degrees for this cake.
You will need:
- 250g of self-raising flour (we use Doves Farm)
- 250g of caster sugar 250g of unsalted butter
- 4 eggs
- Rind of 2 lemons
For the topping:
- Granulated sugar
- The juice from the two lemons
