Hoad & Taylor AGA Service Division is led by our highly experienced service director, who, having served with us for 30 years, has extensive expertise with all supported models of cooker.
Our engineers are all equipped with hand held terminals which enables information to pass effectively and efficiently between our office and field-based operatives. Any further action required following a visit is passed back to the Service Centre for immediate response via a live link.
On completion of each visit customers are presented with a printed account of the work undertaken to enable accurate records on your cooker to be maintained.
